This fight obviously wont happen either but.....who wins and why? Their match up happens in their prime.

Knowing now what we know about the characters of both men...Ali frustrates Tyson early, picks him apart in the middle rounds and makes Tyson quit late...Tyson is like Frazier, but without the heart and soul and Ali was able to beat Frazier 2 out of 3 times...

I'm not doubting the outcome, but you don't think Tyson could get inside within the first 5 rounds? The guy used to be quick and have good head movement. I don't see Ali being flattened for the count and I think he's smart enough to take Tyson into the deep waters and finish him late.

Ali would take the piss out of Tyson for the first four rounds. Tyson wouldn't be able to catch him clean enough. Ali would win by late KO.

Like I said, with the benefit of hindsight, character is the key...
And it's not impossible that Tyson would get inside in the first 5, but just as Tyson would be fresher and quicker in the first 5, so would Ali...

The first five rounds would be the most exciting rounds ever. These two fighters in their prime were awesome, and IMO would make a fight of the century.

Ali gets Tyson pissed with his trash talk, takes the best he has fro 5 rounds and continues to talk sh*t and then forces the ref to stop it somewhere between the 9th and12th rounds.

This is a match I had run a few times using the TBCB program since both guys were top contenders a few times in that "career". Every time is the same result: Ali by late stoppage. If I remember correctly, there was one case where it was a nine round TKO, the others were 13th, 14th, or 15th rounds with Ali being well ahead on the cards every time.
Granted, it's a software program where the intangibles don't figure in, but Mike lasted eight rounds with Lewis after his (Tyson's) prime, so the Ali results seem realistic.
