Good matchup , but I would pick Hearns by a KO. Williams would have to deal with someone with the same body type as his , but more power. At this point I still think Williams jaw needs to be tested by a hard puncher, which hasn't happened.

I have to see more of Williams at 160 to pick this one.
As of now,Hearns by mid round stoppage.

Would it be any different at welter? I'm not sure if I know enough about Williams to make a decision in his favor. He throws a lot of punches and can fight tall. What happens when he faces somebody with his dimensions and who hits like a monster?
Can Hearns find Williams with his bombs? I think so, if Quintana can do it, Tommy can. I want to say that the original Hitman comes in a knocks Williams out either immediately (3 rounds or so) or in the latter 3rd by stoppage.

If Carlos Quintana can make Williams look ordinary then Hearns could make him disabled. At welter I would say Hearns in 10. At middle I would say Hearns in 5. Williams has to fight someone of quality to be rated as highly as he is on this moment.
