If it's an ad on the BTBC, it MUST be true...The only way to find out, though, is by checking it out...
Would washboard be considered "flat?" 'cause, if it is, then I can vouch for their results... ;D

I haven't had a flat stomach since High School wrestling. I vowed then to never go on another diet and it shows.

If you really want a flat stomach, you can do a million scrunches and it will never show if you have avg. body fat measures, neither will doing hours of cardio would work (up to an extent).. Its not easy to bring your body fat % down but its possible for anyone with serious dedication, don't listen to any gym instructor that says you can never have a 6 pack because its not in your genes, that is BS, and its their excuse for their faliure.. Ok, here it goes, it may seem simple but its not.. The first and most important step is to eat clean and lean. Next, strength-training to build muscle, so it is easier to burn stomach fat. After lowering your body fat through your diet and strength training. You cap it off by incorporating interval training into your weekly exercise routines. This will burn off the remaining stubborn stomach fat. burning stomach fat it’s not about time or distance, it’s about intensity, alternating between low intensity and high intensity is unmatched for fat burning potential. When you workout at a higher intensity level, you burn actual body fat not just the calories you’ve consumed that day. For example: Begin with easy warm-ups of two to three minutes (five minutes if necessary) by fast walking or light jogging to loosen up Jog at moderate pace for one minute Sprint for one minute Slow down to jogging for one minute Walk for one minute Repeat the four until you’ve completed 20 minutes total.. the intesity of your cardio workout has to increase along with the tolerance or conditioning you develop..

I have to agree with everything ZD said , the muscle is under there , you just need the extra push. Cardio and diet. The HIIT(High Intesity Interval Training) that Zd mentioned can be pretty brutal but works, I've lost over 60 pounds in the last 5 months doing a mix of regular jogging and HIIT, and a strict diet! The strength training to build muscle , will also speed up your metabolism .

The strength training to build muscle , will also speed up your metabolism . Yes it will, because that way, you stimulate your natural HGH production, which promotes lipolysis.

I don't like women who's ribs poke out, Gemini.
I dropped a solid 20 lbs while I was laid up in the hospital. Went from 180 to a lean 160. I looked like Ricky Hatton at the Pacman weigh in, sunken eyeballs and everything.
Do accomplish this: Get injured. Your body works overtime to heal you up. You'll feel really lethargic. Eat once every two days. The idea is that you have to fast before surgery, so you don't get to eat all the time.
Do this for about 3 straight months and watch the fat burn right off.

In my opinion, the worst thing you can do to lose weight is NOT eat. Especially if you're healing from an injury or surgery. Your body needs nutrients to heal itself. Plus you need to burn fat to gain muscle and your body is just gonna eat away at the muscle eventually once you've burned off all that fat. You will lose weight by not eating but once you start eating again you are just gonna gain all the weight back unless you count calories and lower your fat intake. Figure out your body mass index(google it cuz I don't remember how to figure it out) and then that will tell you how many calories you need to keep yourself healthy and in shape. If you don't eat you're not gonna have any energy to exercise and you'll end up in the hospital with worse problems than weight issues. That's just my opinion tho.
